SCI-Camp & Jr. DEEP Summer 2008
This summer, SCI-Camp & Jr. DEEP will be celebrating their 18th anniversary at the University of Toronto. SCI-Camp is a summer camp program for students currently finishing grades 1-6 and Jr. DEEP is a summer program for students currently finishing grades 7 & 8.
These awesome programs are focused on bringing science and engineering to young people in new and exciting ways. By incorporating fun and hands-on activities with a discovery-based approach, SCI-Camp & Jr. DEEP have long been a favourite with thousands of students across the GTA and now we are bringing SCI-Camp & Jr. DEEP to you!
Each of the week-long camp programs brings together a great mix of engineering and scientific demonstrations, hands-on activities, design projects and lab tours. Our instructors are undergraduate students in science or engineering. This year’s programs promise to be exciting, educational and above all, fun!
We are pleased to offer camps at all 3 campuses of the University of Toronto (St. George, Scarborough and Mississauga) as well as 12 non-campus GTA locations.

Financial Assistance & Payment Plan
Science Outreach offers bursaries for families who require financial assistance to help cover the cost of camp. Click on the link below to download the financial assistance application form and submit the form ALONG with your registration. We will contact you within 2 weeks to notify you of our decision.
To help families with the cost of Science Outreach, we offer an optional payment plan. The payment plan allows you to pay camp fees in monthly installments, instead of paying the total up front. Please submit the payment plan application form ALONG with your registration form and we will notify you within 2 weeks to confirm acceptance of the conditions of the payment plan.
Our Cancellation Policy
We charge an administration fee of $30 per week for all cancellations. You will receive a refund of the camp fee (less the $30 per week administrative fee) if you cancel 30 days or more before the start of your first camp week. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations with less than 30 days notice. You can switch camp weeks without financial penalty as long as there is space available.
NSF Charges
Cheques that are returned NSF or credit cards that are declined will be subject to an additional $25 administrative fee.
