Project Bio

My project focuses on the response of cells to substrate stiffness. The primary objective of my work is to describe the phenotypic, morphologic, and signaling responses of cells derived from the CNS to culture on hydrogels of different compressive stiffness. Of specific interest is the differentiation response of neural derived stem cells to varying substrate stiffnesses.
