The Engineering Liaison Office was created by referendum in1985 to market the benefits of hiring University of Toronto engineers and to promote the services of the Career Centre toengineering employers. We encourage employers to list not only summer and part-time positions, but full-time positions for graduating students and recent graduates. In addition to marketing, we organize Engineering Career Information Day, write articles about engineering employment issues for the Cannon, and work closely with the Engineering Society's Student Employment Chair to make engineering students aware of employment issues.
